This is where we set the scope and role for the transition for the financial advisor. We can customize our approach to best support the specific needs of your transition be it on-sight, virtual or hybrid.

Landing Day - On- Sight
With our on-site offering, the Transition Support team members arrive at your work site the day before your transitioning financial advisor lands to assemble their work space. If your company is paper-based, we create a filing system that follows all paperwork from first contact to complete. If your company is paperless, our associates are well versed in cloud-based storage. Both systems rely on our spreadsheet tracker, because organization calms the chaos. Landing day depends on whether the transition is protocol or non-protocol. Our associates are well versed in both, and provide all the support necessary to begin moving the book of business. Associates partner with your team’s resources in order to process any paperwork that requires licensing, while moving everything through the pipeline. Daily summaries are sent to the team to track progress, which includes sharing our spreadsheet tracker and communicating highlights, advancements and transition needs.
Our remote offering pairs our team members with your transition location to determine where the hub of your transition will live. Our specialists can work remotely at a physical, local office where they reside (for those clients who have multiple locations around the country) or via a cloud-based, digital environment. The document hub can be at any location that best serves your needs.
Remote
Our team is capable of leading a transition completely remotely, or providing support to your internal team. We are well-versed in both protocol and non-protocol transitions, and have handled both in a fully remote environment.
The key with any transition is communication, and we’ve mastered working together while being apart. From landing day until we hand the transition back over to you, our white-glove service will have us working hand in hand to meet every need.
Hybrid
Sometimes with large transitions, the book may require a bigger team. To support this, we have the lead and possibly a few supporting members on location, while additional help can be provided remotely. These team members can easily be added or removed based on the workflow. The personal touches and white-glove services that our team would provide in-person are still there, while minimizing travel expenses.
