Job Title: Engineer of Logistics
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation: 33.00 – 35.00/ hour
Engineer of logistic includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Manage the life cycle of a service from contracting to delivery
- Coordinate and monitor the flow or steps of services
- Develop business relationships with suppliers and clients
- Understand clients’ needs and how to meet them
- Review logistical functions and identify areas for improvement
- Propose strategies to minimize the cost or time required to transport goods
- Supervise and direct the step by step of the different stages that a service needs from its creation to the delivery to the client

Job Title: Management Consultant/ operations manager (COO)
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation: 33.00 – 35.00/ hour
Management consultant/ Operations management includes but is not limited to, the following:
- Manage and facilitate the transition of Financial Advisors’ business from one financial services firm to another within the entire U.S.A.
- Manage between 1 to 12 branch staff during the transition process.
- Conduct conference calls and branch office meetings with recruits to explain the extensive transition support provided by our firm.
- Establish clear communication channels with office management and staff to advise on the transition process and set expectations of workflow.
- Prepare complete, and customized professional new account document packages, including all supporting documentation, to create a positive first impression for the client.
- Sales and service coaching with financial advisors and sales assistants regarding operations, procedures, technology, and product offering
- Quickly resolve any problems as they occur and track the transition progress utilizing a unique Excel spreadsheet that monitors virtually every aspect of the transition.
- Day 1 onsite administration so recruits can focus on their clients.
- Streamlined system of producing client documentation and package building for asset Movement Managed account setup
- Educate recruits and their teams on firm policies, procedures, and proprietary technology.
- Simplify conversion of banking services (periodic withdrawals/checks/cards)
- Troubleshoot all internal and external transition-related matter

Job Title: Client Service Associate
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation: 30.00 – 35.00/ hour
Qualifications

- Responsibilities
- Onboard and maintain client accounts, including collecting client information and required documentation, processing money movement transactions as an example
- Review and take appropriate action on client account alerts
- Partner with Financial Advisor(s) in developing a business plan and delivering against a client service model
- Support the team’s marketing strategy by maintaining marketing materials, including digital and social media platforms, and planning client events and seminars
- Perform administrative duties that support Financial Advisors in daily business practices, including but not limited to, telephone coverage, business travel arrangements, coordination of client meetings, preparing travel & expense reports, and file & calendar maintenance
